When Trevor came round he was very clear about the issues and what he felt needed to happen. He was clear about the cost and although not the cheapest he gave a very open approach throughout our communication. He was very good at texting, emailing and answering calls and no questions seemed to be too much trouble. The work was completed recently and looks fantastic. They even did the extra bits I asked for whilst they were on sight. Re pointing large side of house “We got a quote and then an estimated date but then they were able to fit us in sooner. There was then one day delay when scaffolding supplied by a 3rd party did not deliver and they kept us informed. They started next day and finished on time. They provided helpful technical advice regarding materials to paint the brick work after new wall ties were put in. Very easy to deal with and know their stuff
